1. Birds Nest Soup:
Bird Nest soup is a popular Chinese food that they began cooking 400 years ago. Swiftlet' s nest was used by Chinese chefs to make this special natural soup, a small soup commonly found in South Asia. Chinese people thought that in China having birds nest soup would offer longer life, thus becoming a high demanded dish.
Normally, swiftlet birds use their own gummy saliva to nest in dark caves. The Chinese claimed that this saliva is a rich source of necessary nutrients along with small leaves and other ingredients inside the nest. To make a distinctive nutrient soup, the washed swiflet bird nest is simmered in chicken stock. Swiflet nests are available in Asian markets, but high costs are required.
2. Fried Spiders:
Fried spiders are Cambodia' s pretty weird food. It is primarily sold in Skuon, Cambodia, and foreigners are the country' s main customers of fired spider snacks.
Within Skuon city, you will find a large number of spiders, one palm- sized. The natives of Cambodia fried spiders in oil without having to distinguish any body parts. For making this spider snack, most favorite food item of tourists in Cambodia, Thy also used a mixture of salt, garlic paste and chilies.
3. Mopane Caterpillars:

5. Sanakji Dish:
As most fresh sea food can ever be obtained, it' s small pieces of octapus that are alive when you are served. Sannakji is called. In Korea, this favorite strange food is made by cutting octapus into small pieces and cooking with seed oil and green onion for a shorter time.
You have to be very vigilant about making the bowl, as if the octapus is still alive in the sannakji dish. By sticking swallowed pieces of octopus within the throat or mouth, it is also possible to have a small risk.
