Something significant and massive is happening to the Volta Region this days and I hope everyone is watching history and greatness unfold for our people. I guess it is time we come together “NOW or NEVER” like the motto of Ketasco to push this agenda of developing ourselves and our region forward.

*Volta Tourism is gradually gaining momentum and we can all feel it. #Keta #Sogakope #Hohoe #Amedzope among others have become busy tourist destinations every weekend.

*Currently we have a Volta Fair 21 going on in Ho and despite a few reservations I have about the organizations with regards to a few issues, it has come to boost Trade, Tourism and Creative Arts in the Region and I am glad!

*The Ho Airport has just begun its operations with PassionAir having flights to the region every Saturday and Sunday. You can’t imagine how this would change Volta until it starts to happen.

*And then Keta Senior High Technical School-Ketasco has also made us proud by flying high the colours of the region in the National Science And Maths Quiz 2021 which they very much stand a high chance to win today!

*And then a lot of Voltarians are now the major faces of the media in Ghana and it just keeps getting better. The likes of Giovani Elolo Caleb handling Tv3's Showbiz360 and TV3 DATE RUSH in a classic way, Bernard Avle handling his @Point of View Show on CitiTV and how authoritative that show is, Kafui Dey, Corporate Emcee with his unique MCing and Presenting style , Roland Walker with his fine smart gentleman Presenting skills, Dzifa Gbeho-Bampoh and her class on TV and the many others are arguably the biggest faces on TV and radio right now and they are pure and proud Voltarians!

*And then we have a lot of awesome young entrepreneurs like Anthony Dzamefe of CavemanWatches whose Watch company is fast becoming an international sensation, Se Lorm Betepe of Seloart The SignMaker whose story has inspired many, Leila Jewel Djansi who is making strides in Hollywood with her movies among others are currently leading charge in the Creative entrepreneurship circle and are doing marvelous.

*And the best of the best Musicians we have in Ghana now got some drip of Volta in them with the likes of Stonebwoy, Worlasi, M.anifest and even Charles Nii Armah Mensah among others have been consistent with releasing awesome songs and making history for Ghana. And this is only happening all together at the same time in this our generation.

*And then a group of Volta youths and Individuals in the Ghanaian music Industry like Elorm Beenie and a lot others are seriously engaging themselves to try and find a way to move Volta Music forward and it’s just impressive!!!

So all this is happening as we speak and if you ask me ehh, I would tell you that it is a silent revolution happening and some of us have seen the light and are not backing down on believing!!!
